This was developed together with the Swiss company Bühler and is one of the most modern roasters in Europe.

The Weiss family buys the entire Gerelli company from Sergio and Romeo Giovanelli. Raphael Weiss is responsible for the operational management.

Gerelli starts exporting to neighbouring countries – a significant milestone in the company’s short history.elli.

The Giovanelli brothers decide to join forces with the Weiss family, who also own a long-standing family business.
2012
The Gehrer and Berner families retire and sell their shares to Sergio and Romeo Giovanelli.
2003
Gerelli AG is established in 2003 as a joint venture between the businesses run by the Berner, Gehrer and Giovanelli families. They purchase a peanut roasting facility from Spar Switzerland and start roasting peanuts in Frauenfeld.
